Lotus Field Healthcare Agency provides clinical and supportive home care designed to help individuals transition safely from a facility to home and remain as independent as possible.
Our services range from skilled nursing and wound care to Home Health Aide, personal care, homemaking, and companion support. We work with clients, families, providers, and referral partners to coordinate care based on each individual’s needs.
